Some Backer Surveys Out Today - More Soon! (And an art preview!)

Hello, everyone! We just got back from a fabulous week in Indianapolis for Gen Con. We're loaded up on new games, had some very exciting meetings with our partners, and are more excited than ever to get Triangle Agency to your door!
Backerkit Survey Smoke Test
Today we've sent out our Backerkit Survey Smoke Test, which means that 5% of backers (randomly selected by Backerkit) will be receiving backer surveys today. Once Backerkit has confirmed that there are no wide-scale issues, we'll be authorized to send the remaining surveys out!
These Surveys are your opportunity to update your pledge, so whether you'd like to adjust your pledge, pick up additional add-ons, or make basic changes to your contact information and address, this will be how you do it. They'll be open for you to make adjustments until we're ready to begin fulfilling orders next year.
And as a little thank you, here's a glimpse of the new art coming in from Kanesha Bryant, for the Anomaly ARC choices. I'd like to introduce you to a new fave: Whisper! One of our creepiest, but also friendliest(?) Anomalies.
Kanesha is brilliant. We can't wait to show you the rest of her concepts.

Bonus Games Sent + Gen Con!

Liminal Horror, One Night at the Shelterwood Inn, The Company, and FIST: Ultra Edition all delivered!
If you haven't already, check the email associated with your Kickstarter account to find links to this first round of bonus games. For One Night, they sent a second email to fix an issue a few people were having on the first, so check both. If you're still having trouble accessing your games on Itch, send us a private message or an email, and tell us the email you used to back this campaign.
Sean and Caleb will be at Gen Con!
We will be wandering around, scoping out the convention and passing out Haunted Table stickers. Say hi if you see us, or join our Discord for updates in case we find a place to settle and meet folks.
Progress Update
Most of our time since the campaign has been getting logistics figured out. Sean is meeting with fulfillment partners and building a plan for fulfillment. We're talking to our manufacturer while we're at Gen Con to discuss the process and finalize some choices in the construction of the books and dice.
Artists have already been making amazing work under Ryan Kingdom's direction. The Vault missions are pitched, approved, and soon writing and art will be underway. We want to preserve the surprise on all of these, so we can't share teasers today, but it's hard to resist!!!
Rough progress of each part of the project:

Core Rulebook: We're about to start work on the remainder of the game design. We're still aiming for a playable text version in October.

The Vault: Writers pitches are approved, artists are receiving those pitches to begin cover design, and Sean, Caleb, and Will are working on a mission guide for writers to start drafting in August.

Three's Company: Fully outlined, partially drafted, partially in layout. It's possible this will be in your hands by the end of August, but progress on the Core Rulebook + Vault will take precedence if it comes to that.

The House Edge: In late concept stages (it's so cool, y'all). Drafting will begin later this year.

Architect: In early concept stages, drafting will begin next year.
Backerkit Surveys
They're on the way! You haven't missed anything if you didn't receive one yet. Sending these out requires payment to Backerkit, which required waiting on Kickstarter's processing and now for our payment to them to process! They'll be open for a long time though (we won't be finalizing pre-orders until December, probably) so there's no rush.

We're beyond floored by your support. We are so grateful for each and every one of you and (after a nice, long, restful sleep) we're ready to dive into the process of finishing these books and making everything the best it can be!

Our Pledge Manager / Pre-Order Page is live on BackerKit!
If you missed out on backing the campaign, this one is for you!
The Pre-Order Page a place for new backers to join in! You'll be able to access everything that was available in the campaign. Note that the copies of Liminal Horror and FIST included in Kickstarter backer pledges will not be available here (but you should check out their creators' respective Itch pages!).
Current Kickstarter backers will receive a Backer Survey from Backerkit in about a week and a half that will allow them to make adjustments to their pledges. All of the options listed in the Pre-Order Page will be accessible via that email.
Adjustments and new pre-orders will be available until it's time for us to finalize our order from the factory! We estimate this will be late 2023 / early 2024.
Please Note: Shipping Will Be Charged Later
Due to the volatility of shipping prices globally right now, shipping fees for this project will be calculated at a later date once we have the best estimates for everyone. We plan to charge backers for shipping a month or two before fulfillment when we have better estimates of what it will cost to ship backers rewards. We will alert backers when shipping costs are finalized & before we charge your cards in your BackerKit survey. We will keep you informed all along the way!

Normal Box Preview
Our art director, Ryan Kingdom, has been hard at work designing the Normal Box! We're excited to share this preview of the design. It's not yet final, but this is to give you an idea of what to expect:
On the outside is the briefcase itself. The flip-top box opens hinge-style, with one side remaining connected, and splits the sides in half. The top of the box can be used as a place to roll without dropping your dice, and will also feature a quick reference for dice results and other rules.
This design is missing some elements (it will need things like bar codes, final text placement, that kind of thing) and the inside of the box might have a different design than this graphic, but it will be in this direction.
We really love it! And hope you will, too.

This is an unbelievable lineup, and we can't wait to see what everyone will create for The Vault. Once final pitches are in from each of our Vault writers, we'll pick which artist matches each Anomaly best and give them time to create the perfect illustration.
We're so proud of the team we've gathered here. I hope you're as excited as we are!

Stretch Goal Update!
We've unlocked Liminal Horror and The Company's bundles, which means everyone at the Digital Only tier and above will receive both games and their crossover missions for free!
We're so close to FIST and The House Edge, a module that will take more time to develop but will be an entirely new card crawl for FIST set in the Triangle Agency universe, with a unique story that highlights one of the most important days in Agency history.
Please spread the word if you can. We only have two days to go, and it would be amazing to close out this campaign past the $300,000 mark. If we make it, Alfred Valley will design Triangle Agency: Architect and everybody will receive it for free!
Plus...it's only fitting that we finish the Triangle Agency campaign at $300,000, with 3 sets of Stretch Goals all unlocked. What could be more Triscendent than that?
Shipping Update
We will have dedicated shipping partners for the UK, EU, AUS, and NZ. We don't have updated estimates because they've been hard to pin down (and would likely be inaccurate by next year, anyway) but we'll be working with local partners to give you the best rates we can when the time comes.
And as a reminder for everyone, we'll be collecting shipping directly in 2024, close to when we actually ship, to get the most accurate and up-to-date cost.
Stabilize All Realities Game Jam
You have until the campaign ends to submit something for the Stabilize All Realities Game Jam! This game jam is for crossovers with Triangle Agency and other systems, settings, and game mechanics. The Liminal Horror and upcoming The Company crossover missions both started development as our part of the Jam!
3 entries chosen randomly will receive a prize, and you'll join a proud list of the first creators of early content for the game.
Join the Haunted Table Discord for daily updates on the campaign, interviews, news coverage, actual plays, and more!
You can also meet people who will be finding ways to play and plan for Triangle Agency while you wait for the campaign. (And as some other social media falls apart, it's a good way to stay in touch with the development team!)
